Create your own animated gif character in MSN as your animated avatar
MSN allows you to use animated gif characters for a while and many of my MSN contacts asks me how did I create my animated gif MSN avatar since it is eye-catching really. In fact MSN now supports adding mood to your animated gifs. So for each different moods, you can create different animated gifs as your animated avatar and use it easily… Here how it happens in 4 easy steps to create your own animated gif avatar:

Click your Display picture

Select Dynamic picture
The “
Create a dynamic display picture
” window will be displayed and if you have a webcam, you can create your own display pictures. -
Select Record a video or Take a picture
When you click the button, your image will be automatically captured and applied to the emoticons. Have fun with different expressions that show the friends in your network how you’re feeling.

Click Done
When you’re happy with the results, click Done to save the images and start using them in your IMs.
